Cuisine is at the heart of the Hotel, with the Fish in the Fountain Restaurant proving not only our award winning chef's passion for fish and seafood, but also providing an imaginative daily changing menu. We use seasonal homegrown salads, tomatoes, fruit and herbs as well as prime local fish, game, poultry, sweet Cornish lamb and other exotic meats.
The enticing result is the fusion of a traditional
English kitchen with strong
Mediterranean influences making the most of Cornwall's freshest sea and
land harvest.
The comfortable well appointed bar offers
guests a place to enjoy a pre dinner
drink whilst perusing the balanced and interesting wine list, including
Cornish wines and ales.
Dinner is served by candle light in the relaxed atmosphere of the attractively furnished dining room.
