Cuisine is at the heart of the Hotel, with the Fish in the Fountain Restaurant proving not only our award winning chef's passion for fish and seafood, but also providing an imaginative Al a Carte menu. We use seasonal homegrown salads, tomatoes, fruit and herbs as well as prime local fish, game, poultry, sweet Cornish lamb and other exotic meats.

The comfortable well appointed bar offers
guests a place to enjoy a pre dinner
